Membership

We offer three tiers of memberships to suit our guests' needs: Yearly, 6-Month and Monthly membership options. Each membership includes Unlimited Open Play, Early Access/Registration to Cafe events, and discounted pricing on premium events and birthday parties. If you plan to visit the Cafe at least once each week (and we know you'll want to!), you'll save more by becoming a member. If you visit a least twice a week, an annual membership will save you over 75% of the cost of individual visits. Beyond the savings, membership will allow you to join our warm, vibrant, and fun community in a space that's welcoming to both parents and children alike.

Annual Membership$35 per month

6-month Membership: $30 per month

Monthly membership: $50 per month

 

All memberships include unlimited Open Play for  1 child and two caregivers. Please add $20 to the prices above for each additional child of the same household.

 

  • How much does it cost to play?
    We charge $15 + Tax for the first child and one adult. This fee includes 3 hours of play time. Each additional child is $10, while each additional adult is $5. We do not charge infants (under 10 months) a fee, as long as they are accompanying a paying sibling.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Xavier's Play Cafe is open from 9:00am to 7:00pm Sunday through Friday. We are closed on Saturdays and on some major holidays. We offer open play times in three hour blocks: 9am - 12pm, 12:30pm - 3:30pm, and 4pm - 7pm Please note that Open play time is subject to other ongoing events on Sundays, please call or review our website or social media pages to confirm availability on Sundays.
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    Yes, each child will need to have a reservation and pay the standard fee or have a membership plan. However, we do offer discounts for families with multiple children. Please visit our pricing page for more information.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
